Your costs could be less if you are eligible for the Social Security Administration's Extra Help program. If you qualify for Extra Help, COBENFY will cost you no more than $11.20.
You may automatically have Extra Help if you are:
- Dual eligible
- Signed up for both Medicaid and Medicare
- Older than 65 and on Medicaid
- Getting Supplemental Security Income through the Social Security Administration
- A member of a Medicare Savings Program

If you do not have prescription drug coverage or your insurance does not cover COBENFY, you can expect to pay the list price for COBENFY of $1,850 as well as any additional pharmacy charges or discounts based on where you purchase your medicine.
